What are carbohydrates? Carbohydrates are compounds produced by the elements C, H and o. the presence of carbohydrates on Earth is very abundant and is a very nutrient needed by the human body.

Based on molecular size, CARB is divided into three, i.e., Monosaccharides, Disakrida and Polisakrida. 1. Brown rice

4. Sago

7. Wheat Cereal
